Model or concept, destination country, expected quantity and intended channel.

Configuration & feasibility
Review capacity, power, supply voltage, frequency, plug, panel language and the required model documents. Confirm which requests fit the production model.

Sample & evaluation
Samples are free; reference preparation time is 7 days. Contact sales to confirm the model and sample freight arrangements. Evaluate the sample against your requirements before approving the production specification.

Brand artwork & packaging
Confirm logo files, panel text, manual language, gift box and master carton artwork against the selected model.

Quotation & order confirmation
Payment terms: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Trade terms: FOB Zhongshan. Free spare parts support is available; agree the required parts and order details in writing.

Production, inspection & delivery
Reference production lead time is 30 days. Confirm the order schedule and inspection plan with sales. Match packing and shipment documents to the production model and destination.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
An OEM inquiry starts from an existing model and its branding or configuration requirements. An ODM inquiry starts from a product development brief; feasibility, tooling, development scope and commercial terms are reviewed separately.
What determines MOQ and lead time?
Standard and OEM MOQ: 1,000 pieces. Samples are free with 7-day reference preparation; production lead time is 30 days as a reference. Contact sales to confirm your order schedule, ODM minimums and sample freight arrangements.
Can I request a different voltage or plug?
Share the destination and supply requirements. The featured references are 6L, 1000W, 220–240V~ 50–60Hz; other electrical configurations must be confirmed for the exact production model.
