Which certificates should I request?
Tell sales your destination and exact model to request the relevant CB, CE, RoHS or LFGB documentation. Confirm model coverage, scope, issuer and validity against the sample and order. BSCI audit documentation is a separate factory-document request.
Can we agree inspection before shipment?
Include the required inspection scope, sampling basis, acceptance criteria and records in the order discussion. Confirm the process and any third-party inspection arrangement before production.
